I love to eat! But don’t most of us? I don’t always put the most effort into it and eat some very easy and quick foods but sometimes I like to take the time and make something new. A friend of mine has collected cookbooks for years and now I’ve challenged myself to make recipes out those books.
I’ve started with The Mac + Cheese Cookbook by Allison Averalo and Erin Wade. I love mac and cheese and this book provides great alternatives to my usual out of the box routine. I chose the Jalapeno Popper Mac. It was cheesy and creamy with a little bit of heat. The bechamel was super easy to make and it was all fairly simple for such a yummy dish.
